Ardys has created these yummy mug muffins and I have to say they look too good to be true! I’m going to test them out myself tonight!
It looks like they take about 2 minutes to make and Ardys says they keep her going for hours!
Please remember that grain-free desserts are still desserts. Just because a particular meal is considered healthier than its grain/sugar counterpart doesn’t mean you can just eat that and forget about all the non-starchy veg and the healthy protein that forms the foundation of a healthful diet.
